Controls Engineering
As control systems become more dependent on IT networks, it is important to integrate the design of these systems with the communications backbone. We coordinate the integration of building control systems such as lighting controls or HVAC building automation systems (BAS) with the IT and A/V infrastructure.

Budgeting/Cost Estimating
Realistic and accurate budgeting and cost estimating is essential for a successful project. We prepare cost estimates at each project milestone to ensure the design is within budget and facilitate value engineering cost reduction decisions where necessary. We also include common soft costs such as IT devices, network equipment, software licenses as well as likely operational expenses that may “fall through the cracks”.

Using proven methods during commissioning we ensure systems are tested for normal operation and will also behave as expected during a system failure.
